    After measuring your nail sizes with the tool kit, write down the number of each nail on the card. Then take a picture and send it to us through Instagram or email. Is your press-on nails safe to wear?

Press-on nails usually do not directly touch your nails or skin, the glue does. Besides, all the material including plank tips we choose PBA safe.

How long can your press-on nails last?

It really depends on which type of glue you choose to apply on the nails, you can explore the following instruction guide to watch the videos for each type of glues. :

  • Jelly stickers are usually easy to apply, easy to remove, but do not last longer than a few days.

How to use Jelly stickers

  • Liquid glue is a little bit complicate to apply on, but once you managed how to use it. Your nails usually last more than one week.

How to use Liquid glue

  • Solid gel glue can make your nails last more than two weeks, sometime even longer if you know how to apply on. However, they are really hard to remove and might damage your press-on permanently.

How long it takes you to make the customized sets?

  • Customized orders usually take 7-10 business days to fulfill the order, then the finished sets will be shipped to customers. 

What's your shipping policy?

  • All Ready to ship orders will be shipped within 3 business days after the purchase has been made. 
  • Customized orders usually take 7-10 business days to fulfill the order, then the finished sets will be shipped to customers. 
  • Special orders usually take 12-15 business days before the order to be ready for pick up by UPS or Canada Post. 
  • Free shipping for all orders over $50 within Canada and $100 in US

what's your return policy?


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, however, the Customized Items and Special Orders are excluded. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@nailadia.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address provided through email. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
